My journey didn’t begin in the gym.
It began with frustration.
I didn’t start out loving fitness — I was frustrated, inconsistent, and always chasing quick fixes.
Then I learned the power of momentum: steady progress that actually lasts.
It changed everything for me, and now I help others experience that same transformation.

Who I Am Beyond Training
When I’m not coaching clients, you’ll probably find me hiking Kennesaw Mountain. If not there, then I'm experimenting with new mobility drills, or spending time outdoors with my dog.
